Can I modify the Consignee's information after the order has been shipped?

The order is shipped and then the recipient information can be changed, depending on the type of delivery that may incur a fee or not. However, in case the goods are exported abroad and have arrived at the destination port, the customer needs to further check with the consignee about customs clearance procedures.
