Will consumers be compensated if their shipment arrives late?

The schedule and transit time of each shipment change frequently and depend on many factors such as schedule of ships arriving between ports, port situation, high season, off-peak ,... will result in the shipment not arriving according to the original schedule. The arrival time on the booking is only tentative, so when the goods arrive late, there will be no compensation.
